Bookings are confirmed upon full payment at the time of reservation.

2. Vehicle and Capacity
We offer shared taxi services with vehicles such as Tata Sumo and Mahindra Bolero, accommodating up to 10 passengers per vehicle.
Vehicle availability is subject to change based on demand and operational conditions.
3. Pick-up and Drop-off
Pick-up and drop-off points, as well as timings, will be communicated via WhatsApp or text message prior to the trip.
No pick-up or drop-off services are provided from hotels. Passengers must reach the designated taxi stand at their own expense.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip or for no-shows.
5. Documents Required
Passengers must provide one of the following documents: Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, or Birth Certificate for verification.
Failure to present required documents may result in denial of service without a refund.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation as outlined above.
7. Liability
Genesis Tours Travels is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the trip.
We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
